This rope uses our 5" ultra-light (weighs only 30g per handle with bearing) handles made from shatter-proof plastic and features our new ball bearing and swivel system. This rope provides an ultra-smooth rotating motion for speed and multiple under training. Ideal for all types of athletes including CrossFit, boxers, and MMA athletes. Our custom made replaceable ball bearings are held in place with shaft collars. Loop locks allow for easy length adjustment by the user - no special tools required (wire cutters are required to cut to length). Handles have our limited lifetime warranty. Bearings have a limited 90-day warranty.

To size wire rope, cut the wire to length a make loop ends using oval sleeves or loop locks. Sizing instructions are included.

Wire cutters are required to cut wire. A crimping tool is required to affix oval sleeves (for permanent sizing).

Wire ropes should only be used by experienced rope jumpers! Children should not use wire ropes.
