When and how?

• Apply BEFORE exercise to your skin and/or clothing (e.g. under cycling, running and riding trousers, dry and wet diving suits, hiking, running and ski socks, etc.).
• Suitable for daily use.
• For all ages (from 12 years).
• Briefly massage 2 to 3 finger thickness and leave to work.
• Wash your hands afterwards.
• For external use only.
• Avoid contact with eyes and open wounds.
• Does not leave sticky residue or color marks on skin or clothing.
