Loading your weight plates onto your barbell doesn't necessarily require a weight bench. There is a multitude of other exercises that can be done without resorting to bench presses.

Depending on what you want to achieve, you can load more or fewer bumper weight plates onto the barbell. You can also load two or more of the weights onto a dumbbell for more flexibility.

Of course, whenever you feel that your workout is not challenging enough anymore, you can simply add more - or heavier -weight plates to your weight sets.

The other benefit of owning a 100kg barbell set can be used by more than one person with different strengths. For instance, a couple of housemates sharing a home gym can both use the same weight plate set, but just use different weight combinations.
